• Preparing and managing the annual budget for programs and projects.
• Allocating resources in line with strategic priorities and approved plans.
• Monitoring expenditures to ensure they align with allocated budgets.
• Conducting financial analyses to identify inefficiencies or overspending.
• Preparing financial reports and sharing them with stakeholders for accountability.
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and guidelines.
• Supporting resource mobilization efforts, including liaising with donors and partners.
• Forecasting financial needs for upcoming projects and activities.
